Sessions
Dive deep into your assessment results with a 90-minute one-on-one coaching session. Gain insights tailored to your unique profile, fostering self-awareness and targeted development.

Team Dynamics
Workshop
Bring your team together for a transformative 3-hour coaching session. Explore how all the participants’ styles and needs look on a grid, understand team dynamics, and cultivate strategies for effective collaboration.
Benefits
This program serves a dual purpose: it functions both as a team-building tool and as an invaluable self-discovery experience for each participant. Each participant will have the chance to delve into their own assessment that will help them gain a deeper understanding of themselves.
Enhanced Self-Awareness: First, we focus on YOU as an individual. What’s your most productive and effective self? What motivates you? What do you need in place in order for you to be your best self? Are you more suggestive or assertive when you express yourself, and how do you prefer others to communicate with you?
Improved Team Collaboration: Then, we focus on how you and your team function on an equal level. Did you know that Sally actually prefers it when she’s told a couple of hours in advance that “you need to talk to her?” But she never gives me a heads-up! Sounds typical - because your team isn’t communicating their needs.
Strategic Leadership Guidance: Finally, we focus on you as a leader. How can you, as a leader, notice when your employees or team members are no longer motivated by their work? How can you address conflict? How can you spot signs early to avoid bitter departures?
The self-insight allows you to enhance your communication skills, tailor your ways of interacting with others, and build stronger connections with students, colleagues, and parents. All participants receive a link to complete their Birkman Assessment
They will receive their reports alongside a link to book a 1:1 online coaching session
Once all participants have received their coaching sessions, we will move to schedule an online team coaching session
